Double room in clean, modern three bed flat available to rent from 1st October 2010. 2nd floor of new build apartments.
The room is large and has a super king-sized bed and wardrobe included.
The rent is ?450 a month, including all bills. There is currently no wifi, I just use a dongle but the flat is capable of having an interent connection set up in it!
The current tenants: One male (22yrs) and one female (22yrs), both young professionals working in media in the city. We are not a couple! We are both pretty sociable, friendly people who won’t just sit in our rooms during the evening and weekends!

The contract would be for 12 months, but with a get-out clause after 6 months providing you give a months notice.
