I’m looking for a subletter for the month of August for my single in a 3 bedroom house. While not the most modern, the house is charming with plenty of personality and loads of communal space.

The room has a single bed, dresser, and armoir, and the house has a large kitchen, living room, and lovely garden. We are ideally located for transport, directly across from a bus stop for the 73, 341, and 476, just around the corner from the 38, 56, 30, & 277, a 7 minute bus ride from Angel station, and a 10 minute walk from Highbury & Islington station.

You will have two great housemates, girls in their mid-20s. They would prefer a female housemate.

These funky and interesting studio apartments are located in the basement of this warehouse building that was originally used as a Framery workshop in the 20’s, situated in Hoxton N1.
