I’m a house Sitter Available for Immediate start!

Preferably in the South London Area (Streatham, Norbury, Thornton Heath, Croydon), but I am able to cover elsewhere.

Preferably this would be a long term arrangement, 2 months or more, but I am able to do shorter terms.

About me:
Female, 19, Fashion Student, Artist, Author, Entrepreneur, mild OCD, perfectionist, friendly, organised, honest, reliable. Cooking, baking and cleaning machine!

I am saving up for a place of my own and to fund my Fashion business. As I am not back at uni until October, I think that house-sitting would be a good way to do this.

About you:
Traveller? Multiple property owner? Always out of your house? Need somebody to look after your home? Need a live in cleaner? Need constant pet care while you are away?

Rates:
My rates are extremely low. They vary between £250pw to £1000pw, depending on the size and maintenance needs of your property. I am open to negotiation.

For example, looking after a 2 bedroom flat would be completely different to looking after a 5 bedroom mansion.

Your payment would cover my travel expenses, groceries and time invested in the flawless upkeep of your home.

How it works:
Character references upon request.
Meetings prior to the arrangement.
Time set and rates agreed.
Contract signed.
You leave house-sitting instructions.
I do my job.
