London Accommodation UK – Studio Apartments and Shared Houses in London

The room is a furnished double over looking the garden at the back of the house. You would be living with four others, two guys and two girls, all are creative professionals of some sort or another. Some of the furniture is mine but there are replacements in the cellar. The bed is staying.

The garden is well looked after, with lots of veg growing at the moment and a fire pit/BBQ area at the end. The area is nice and quiet with Telegraph Hill park just 2 minutes walk away. There are lots of nice pubs dotted around New Cross Gate, New Cross and Brockley and an easy going vibe generally in the area.

There are loads of buses running along New Cross Road and one even stops at the end of our road which goes into town 24hrs. It’s 20 mins cycle to London Bridge and there’s great connections into the city with the East London Line to Dalston and Shoreditch. Plus the overland to London Bridge is just one stop and takes about 5 mins from New Cross Gate station which is just 4 mins walk away. There’s also a big Sainsbury’s behind the station.
