I’m a single female, aged 21 and I’m due to start at university in London soon. Live with my parents in Essex just now but don’t want to have to commute every day!!

I’m polite, clean, enjoy housework (strange, I know!) and a non-smoker. Willing to flatshare with someone nice, but will not share a bedroom as I like to have my own space.

If you reply, please tell me who lives in the accomodation, what area it’s in and what it’s like inside, as well as how much it will cost and if any bills etc are included or seperate.
