High Street Kensington is a 7 minute walk and even Oxford Street is a 15-20 minute walk along Bayswater Road.

The rent is 90 pounds a week (360 pounds a month) and it is inclusive of all bills. A security deposit of 360 pounds is required which would be refunded back to you upon move-in. Receipts would be issued for any payments or deposit made as well.

To share with me and just 1 other lady, friendly and understanding but independent, super-clean but relaxed.

The price advertised is 100% inclusive of all bills.

I went to one of the Tantric Temples in Covent garden. My therapist was Venus , she had the most amazing touch! She literally looked like a goddess, she could be a model, very attractive and stunning, with a very sweet and charming personality too. It was my first experience with Tantra and having a tantric massage but she was so friendly made me feel less self-conscious and really helped me embrace my sensual side. This place is amazing! I have heard there are a lot of fakes out there, so if you are going to have a tantric massage, I recommend going to this place, they are genuine and excellent at way they do, its not worth taking the risk with any dodgy sounding cheap places, thats fine if thats what your looking for, but if you want an amazing experience rather than an ordinary one, look no further than the London Tantric Temple. We have a large, light-filled, double room to let in our Bayswater flatshare. The room is nice and quiet. There is a row of fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and desk and chair. Please note the room is available for one person only, unless it’s a short let over the Christmas period, in which case I’ll take couples. The rent is £195 per week including all taxes, bills, and internet.

THE FLAT:
The purpose-built flat is set over two floors. Downstairs is the kitchen, one of the four bedrooms (mine), one of the two bathrooms, and a large spacious lounge with a huge sociable sofa, TV (digital Freeview channels), DVD player, dining table/chairs etc. Upstairs has the other three bedrooms (including the room advertised here) along with the larger of the two bathrooms complete with bath/shower, bday, toilet, sink etc.

THE FLATMATES:
1 English guy (me), 1 Chinese/British guy, and 1 French girl. You will be the fourth flatmate. Please note that the room is available for one person only unless it’s a short let over the Christmas period, in which case I’ll take couples.

THE AREA:
Bayswater, in West/Central London, includes some of the grandest and most elegent streets in London. Our flat is on lively Queensway with a wonderful mix of restaurants and shops. Whiteleys shopping centre is just across the street. There is a decent sized Tesco practically downstairs, a Waitrose and M&S nearby, and also two Asian supermarkets. Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens is at the end of the street which is especially nice in the summer.

TRANSPORT:
Transport links are great. We have Queensway Tube (Central line) and Bayswater Tube (Circle and District lines) both within 5 minutes walk of the flat.

EVERYTHING INCLUDED!
All taxes and bills are included in the rent along with wireless broadband internet which is available in your room and throughout the flat.
