<p>The room has a single bed, dresser, and armoir, and the house has a large kitchen, living room, and lovely garden. We are ideally located for transport, directly across from a bus stop for the 73, 341, and 476, just around the corner from the 38, 56, 30, &#038; 277, a 7 minute bus ride from Angel station, and a 10 minute walk from Highbury &#038; Islington station.</p>
<p>You will have two great housemates, girls in their mid-20s. They would prefer a female housemate.</p>
<p>£590 for month of August, including all bills.</p>

For most this is a very important requirement &#8211; All inclusive double bedroom in comfortable, clean, safe duplex minutes from the District/Piccadilly line (London&#8217;s west end is 15 mins away by tube). This room has been occupied for the past 44 months consecutively using Craigs List &#8211; it is comfortable, clean, safe and a home from home for contractors/students/interns. The Flat has a small private garden: shops, pubs and cinemas are within walking distance. I have double glazing and very good security. All utilities included &#038; WIFI is provided. AVAILABLE AUGUST 2ND.</p>
<p>I am a female freelance photographer looking to share my house with myself and my partner, like minded creative types and people who are sensible, fun and respectful.</p>
