I have lived in my Upper East Side studio for 10 years and looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual with a comparable offering in central London (preferably Chelsea, South Kensington or Notting Hill). Looking to swap as of May 1st, although could be April 1st.

Prewar elevator building has video security with double door entry and a live-in super. Laundry facilities in building. South facing to a quiet courtyard with lots of light.

Approx 400 sq ft. with high 11ft ceilings and new wood floors. Separate updated kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, Gaggenau gas cooktop (sorry, no oven). 2 closets – one a custom California closet with tons of storage!

Located on E. 87th St between 2nd & 3rd Ave. Very central area with lots of shopping and restaurants around every corner. The 4,5,6 subway close on 86th and Lex and 1 block from crosstown bus.
