<p>Ours is a 1-bed flat in good condition, it&#8217;s modern, clean and pleasant to be in. It&#8217;s situated on an upper floor of a secure residental block in Fitzroy Street, in the heart of trendy Fitzrovia, a very desirable part of Central London. You can see the exact location on google maps by entering the postcode W1T 4BP. Fitzroy Street has a residential / business mix, meaning it&#8217;s not busy with traffic at night / weekend but there&#8217;s people around when you come home. It&#8217;s a fabuous location, you&#8217;re right in the middle of Central London, but without the noise and crowds outside your door. </p>
<p>The many restaurants of Charlotte Street and neighbouring Soho are a few minutes away. The location gives easy access to Warren Street, Euston Square, Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road tubes and is not far from the mainline stations of Euston and Kings Cross. You can explore on foot in all directions. Regents Park, Covent Garden and Oxford Circus are within a 15-minute walk. If you want to eat at home, there are several supermarket in the vicinity (Tesco, Sainsburys, Marks and Spencers food). </p>
