For most this is a very important requirement – All inclusive double bedroom in comfortable, clean, safe duplex minutes from the District/Piccadilly line (London’s west end is 15 mins away by tube). This room has been occupied for the past 44 months consecutively using Craigs List – it is comfortable, clean, safe and a home from home for contractors/students/interns. The Flat has a small private garden: shops, pubs and cinemas are within walking distance. I have double glazing and very good security. All utilities included & WIFI is provided. I am a female freelance photographer looking to share my house with myself and my partner, like minded creative types and people who are sensible, fun and respectful.
