The flat is 2 floor and single room is upstairs. We have 2 bedrooms,toilet and bathroom up stairs and 1 bedroom and kitchen downstairs. it is new refurnished flat. Single room has brand new bed, tv, single armchair, table and chair and wardrobe. All bills included (Internet, council tax, gas and electricity). It is 90 pounds for one person and 110 pounds for two people. If you want to share the room you can have two single bed or one double bed.

We have private big garden and street park aswell. The flat is in Lee which is 2 min. from any shops and bus stops, 7 min. walk to Lee railway train station. London Bridge and Charing Cross take only 15- 20 min. The area is very quite and clean. SE12 8TL.

We want two bedrooms, two baths (preferred). We REALLY prefer both bedrooms to have TWO TWINS, but can live with one bedroom having a full/double/queen and the other having TWO TWINS!
