Hi there,

We have available very nice double bedroom in our four bedroom one living room and one dining room house with the back garden. House is located about eight minutes from the Motspur Park train station and about the same distance from bus stops and big Tesco shopping centre. We are also fairly close to Wimbledon (two stops) as well as Kingston (three stops). For people working in the city there are seven trains per hour towards Waterloo in the morning and it takes about 20 minutes to get there.

You will be sharing with two guys and a girl in their early thirties. We are looking for someone easy going and preferably interested in finance and sport.

Monthly costs are £400 for rent plus bills. Council Tax Water and TV are £41 per month (flat rates) plus gas and electricity, which depend on usage. Deposit is one month rent.
