This double room is in a house share with currently four people. The room features a large closet and a double bed. All bills are included and would suit both working professional or student. The property is close the woolwich dockyard rail (20min to London bridge) and local bus service is a few yards away from the front door. The Water Tower is 130 feet high and was built in the 1890s. This high spec conversion to residential accommodation was done in 2004 and has featured in national newspapers and architectural journals.
Enjoy spacious modern living in the 2 storey pavilion building that was added as part of the conversion, or opt for the romance of a Tower bedroom – your own floor and your own lift access. The landscaped courtyard garden has outdoor dining and reading areas.
The Tower lies close to the river Thames, a couple of miles from the World Heritage Site at Greenwich. The O2 arena is within easy reach as is City Airport and the new business centre at Canary Wharf.
The whole building interior has been designed by top London interior designers Red Zebrano.
