We are interested in swapping our large Vacation Rental Cabin near Seattle, which we also use once or twice per year for our own extended family reuinions.)

We would like to swap our LARGE 4,300 sq ft 6BR + Sitting/Sleeping Loft, 5.5 Ba, 2 full kitchens, Private 8-Person HOT TUB all year, Pool Table, 3 Living areas, 3 dining areas, and SWIMMING POOL ACCESS in warm weather.

This is near the new SUNCADIA GOLF RESORT, about 1 hour from Seattle Metro area, directly on Interstate 90 (a major divided highway).

We could swap for a much smaller place with a longer stay, in exchange for a shorter stay at our large 6BR Cabin.

We have a 1 Bedroom Guest Suite (private bathroom & private kitchen, plus family/media/exercise room) in our BOSTON (Chestnut Hill/Brookline/Newton) area home, so that is another possibility.

This is within walking distance to a bus or train to the medical, university, financial centers, or Back Bay, Beacon Hill, or Cambridge and other nearby towns.

Driving, it is approximately 4-10 miles to these areas.

I own a loft in Manhattan i a prime downtown location… I live on Broadway and Waverly which is on the cusp of the West and East villages… it is also a five minute walk from union square one way and Soho the other. It is close to many, many subway lines.
