<p>You will be sharing the flat with me, an incredibly friendly and hard-working professional female in her mid-twenties who is is very clean and considerate and another female professional whom is friendly and fun to be with.</p>
<p>The entire flat is extremely well lit. You will have access to a parking spot out front if necessary, and there is a very large garden out back with extra storage space in the secured shed.</p>
<p>The flat has Sky TV, WIFI and a most modern appliances and property is a newly renovated three bedroom flat.</p>

Two bedrooms available in brand new, very big (&gt;1,500 square feet) 3 bedroom apartment for GBP250/week. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment is in Merchant Square &#8211; a new development in Paddington near Marble Arch and Marylebone. The building is brand new with doorman, dedicated parking, etc.. Appliances, furnishings, etc. are all new and very modern (see pics). The view is great. The neighbors are nice (basically non-existent). There is one young guy living there currently.  He&#8217;s  a great guy (30), courteous, nice and reliable.  I moved back to New York, so I have this place through March.</p>
