<p>The room has a single bed, dresser, and armoir, and the house has a large kitchen, living room, and lovely garden. We are ideally located for transport, directly across from a bus stop for the 73, 341, and 476, just around the corner from the 38, 56, 30, &#038; 277, a 7 minute bus ride from Angel station, and a 10 minute walk from Highbury &#038; Islington station.</p>
<p>You will have two great housemates, girls in their mid-20s. They would prefer a female housemate.</p>
<p>£590 for month of August, including all bills.</p>

Me my flatmate are looking for a twin room to share in either East (anywhere around Shoreditch) or SouthWest London (in close proximity to New Cross Gate).<br />
We have been living in Bristol together for 2 years where I have been studying modern music and have just graduated in. Antoine has been working in Hotels &#038; Catering.</p>
<p>Bristol has been great fun but we both feel the need to move somewhere with more opportunities, a place where we can develop our careers, and London&#8217;s is calling..</p>
<p>We are fun loving people, open minded and sociable. We do like to go out and have a laugh every so often, yet we do know what respect is when it comes to sharing a space with others and keeping the house tidy and clean.</p>
<p>A little about ourselves:<br />
I am a musician/graphic designer and have been playing in bands for 5 years. A number of my band mates just moved to London.<br />
I consider myself a very creative, dynamic and motivated person. I love all arts, especially music, as well as books (History and Literature) and movies.<br />
Antoine is my best friend, a brilliant person, very positive and genuine.<br />
His interests are: Music, Bartending, Skate/Sports.<br />
