We are two young finance professionals sharing a 2 BR apartment. One of us needs to move out, so one of the bedrooms will be available starting mid-March for a minimum 5 month sublet. Rent is negotiable for the right person. Your flatmate will be a fun and easy going Indian guy.

The apartment is newly refurbished, and right on the Limehouse DLR station. Buses and DLR trains connect it to most parts of London very quickly. It just takes a 5 minute train ride to reach Canary Wharf.

We need a trustworthy, clean and fun person to move in. The date and rent is negotiable. There might be a security deposit required as well. We will not be able to give you a written agreement of the tenancy since it will be a friendly, informal sublet arrangement.
