I have a room available from the 13th July. You will only be sharing the flat with me. I like to think I am easy going and good natured. It is a nice place with all mod cons and wifi. It is 7min walk from Mile End tude station on the central, metropolitan and district lines, close to 2 different night buses and is situated behind Tredegar Square, a very nice conservation area. There is also a very nice Gastro pub nearby.
The tricky thing is I am in the midst of applying for jobs most of which are outside of London. If I do move out of London I would have to give the flat up, this could be as early as the 13th Aug. So in the meantime I think it is best if I look for someone that is interested in a room for the short term. The rent is £120 per week and two weeks deposit.
