I’m looking for a subletter for the month of August for my single in a 3 bedroom house. While not the most modern, the house is charming with plenty of personality and loads of communal space.

The room has a single bed, dresser, and armoir, and the house has a large kitchen, living room, and lovely garden. We are ideally located for transport, directly across from a bus stop for the 73, 341, and 476, just around the corner from the 38, 56, 30, & 277, a 7 minute bus ride from Angel station, and a 10 minute walk from Highbury & Islington station.

You will have two great housemates, girls in their mid-20s. They would prefer a female housemate.

£590 for month of August, including all bills.

We have a single room in a friendly, warm house share located in the middle of Greenwich and Lewisham. Therefore Greenwich and Lewisham train stations are only 10 minutes walk away and so very easy to reach Central London.

The house itself is a large house with 4 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with pantry and 2 bathrooms so there’s more than enough space for everyone. We are a mixture of young professionals including a guy, girl and couple. We like to chill out with one another at the end of the day, but we are also respectful of each others’ spaces.

As for the room there is a comfortable double bed, a large shelving unit and it faces the garden. The rent is £435 a month inclusive of all bills. The deposit required would be a full months rent plus £100.
