My double room is back on the list – and is located right near the tube. For most this is a very important requirement – All inclusive double bedroom in comfortable, clean, safe duplex minutes from the District/Piccadilly line (London’s west end is 15 mins away by tube). This room has been occupied for the past 44 months consecutively using Craigs List – it is comfortable, clean, safe and a home from home for contractors/students/interns. The Flat has a small private garden: shops, pubs and cinemas are within walking distance. I have double glazing and very good security. All utilities included & WIFI is provided. I am a female freelance photographer looking to share my house with myself and my partner, like minded creative types and people who are sensible, fun and respectful.

THE LOCATION
A quiet street in Central London, less than 5 minute walk to Regents park tube station, and 7-8 minutes to Bond Street, Oxford Street, Edgware road, Baker Street, Marylebone, Hyde Park, from the apartment, you are spoilt for choices of parks, restaurants, and grocery shops to do you’re shopping. Lots of bars, restaurants, and clubs in the area.

THE APARTMENT
Gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment all en suite . Modern and neutral decor, with a massive open living/dining area and separate kitchen.

THE ROOM
Two big double windows that look out onto a quiet street, fireplace with mantel, fitted wardrobes, single and double bed if needed, one bedside table, chest of drawers, large desk and bookcase, and large leather chair.

Apartment has big screen TV with Virgin Media, and super quick wireless broadband. Kitchen is complete with separate washer and dryer, dishwasher, full fridge and freezer, microwave, and plenty of cupboard space.

One professional female and a male student.

Rent include bills, and include all utilities and council tax, Virgin Media and TV rental, and fortnightly cleaner.

Hello! We’re Anne-Sophie and Stephanie (from Florida!) – two college students looking for a place to stay for three weeks next summer (2011), from mid-July to the first week of August. All we need is a safe, comfortable place to sleep with nice people while we look at universities in England. A kitchen to cook would be nice, since we can’t afford to eat out for three weeks. We are clean, quiet people but we don’t mind living with loud people and aren’t uptight about noise! We don’t care if you have pets or if you smoke, and we’re also cool with sharing a room if you only have one. We’re broke college students but really need a place to stay in the London area for just those three weeks, and hostels would cost us a fortune. We plan on going out and about every day, taking day trips around the country, possibly staying in Wales for a night or two, so we’d really only be there to sleep, leaving you with peace quiet. We’re two girls, one will be 19 and the other 20 by the intended time of visit.

We would like to set up correspondence with anyone looking to offer us a place to stay, and we may be open to a price negotiation. We want to get to know you, give you the chance to know us, and talk about details like payment and so on. Please, we’re very serious about this and we’re great house guests.

Your payment would cover my travel expenses, groceries and time invested in the flawless upkeep of your home.
