My double room is back on the list  &#8211; and is located right near the tube. For most this is a very important requirement &#8211; All inclusive double bedroom in comfortable, clean, safe duplex minutes from the District/Piccadilly line (London&#8217;s west end is 15 mins away by tube). This room has been occupied for the past 44 months consecutively using Craigs List &#8211; it is comfortable, clean, safe and a home from home for contractors/students/interns. The Flat has a small private garden: shops, pubs and cinemas are within walking distance. I have double glazing and very good security. All utilities included &#038; WIFI is provided. AVAILABLE AUGUST 2ND.</p>
<p>I am a female freelance photographer looking to share my house with myself and my partner, like minded creative types and people who are sensible, fun and respectful.</p>
<p>References from previous visitors are not a problem for anyone interested. AVAILABLE AUGUST 2ND. </p>

We&#8217;re Anne-Sophie and Stephanie (from Florida!) &#8211; two college students looking for a place to stay for three weeks next summer (2011), from mid-July to the first week of August. All we need is a safe, comfortable place to sleep with nice people while we look at universities in England. A kitchen to cook would be nice, since we can&#8217;t afford to eat out for three weeks. We are clean, quiet people but we don&#8217;t mind living with loud people and aren&#8217;t uptight about noise! We don&#8217;t care if you have pets or if you smoke, and we&#8217;re also cool with sharing a room if you only have one. We&#8217;re broke college students but really need a place to stay in the London area for just those three weeks, and hostels would cost us a fortune. We plan on going out and about every day, taking day trips around the country, possibly staying in Wales for a night or two, so we&#8217;d really only be there to sleep, leaving you with peace quiet. We&#8217;re two girls, one will be 19 and the other 20 by the intended time of visit. </p>
<p>We would like to set up correspondence with anyone looking to offer us a place to stay, and we may be open to a price negotiation. We want to get to know you, give you the chance to know us, and talk about details like payment and so on. Please, we&#8217;re very serious about this and we&#8217;re great house guests. </p>
