I’m looking to exchange my very cosy and central Paris studio flat for one in London 8th-14th of February.
I’m also intersted in New York for the first two weeks of May and anywhere warm for this summer.
Here is a brief description of my place :

Nice, comfy and furnished with style studio apartment in the very heart of Paris, with lots of light, divided in two areas:

– Living-room with a fully equiped open kitchen, and a big window opening on a lovely balcony with plants (3 people can fit in to eat or have drinks). Couch, coffee table and big screen TV (much bigger than the one on the picture), DVD player, and cable TV.

– Bedroom, with a very comfortable queen sized mattress, 2 windows on a small courtyard, big closet, and loudspeakers for iPods or other devices.

– The bathroom has a small bathtub, and a washing-drying machine.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a small and very quiet building. no elevator.

There is Wi-fi and a phone with free international landline calls. Smoking is prohibited inside, but it’s possible on the balcony.

The apartment is located in the very heart of Paris, in the Marais area.

It is in a quiet street but with lots of restaurants and bars around.

2 minutes walk to the famous contemporary art center Georges Pompidou.
The metro line 11 Rambuteau is just around the corner, the line 1 Hôtel de ville station is at the end of the street.
The line 4 station Les Halles is at 5 minutes of walk.
Lots of buses too. Or you can catch a bike with the Velib system (2 stations are very close)
Either way, you can easily connect with all the interesting spots in Paris.

There are 3 supermarkets in a very close area.

It is the perfect location to discover Paris as a tourist and as a parisian at the same time.
