I am making a move to London from NYC and looking for a 1 year (or more) apartment swap. I have lived in my Upper East Side studio for 10 years and looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual with a comparable offering in central London (preferably Chelsea, South Kensington or Notting Hill). Looking to swap as of May 1st, although could be April 1st.

Prewar elevator building has video security with double door entry and a live-in super. Laundry facilities in building. South facing to a quiet courtyard with lots of light.
