Both studios are similar but each has its own unique character. All towels and linen provided. The properties have high speed internet access, cable TV, DVD and a sound system. There is a separate laundry room for sole use for these studio&#8217;s.  </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>HELLO&#8230;.THIS IS AN INQUIRY FOR 2011&#8230;.we have a bright, quiet, midtown West Studio in a full service doorman building on one of the best streets in NYC (W. 57) near EVERYTHING&#8230;..Central Park, Lincoln Center, Time Warner, Tiffany, hundreds of shops and restaurants and theatres, Carnegie Hall, etc.  Amazing location and the studio has a separate kitchen with gas stove, a lounge with leather sofa, 46&#8243; TV, a separate sleeping area with a queen size bed, full bath with large tub (shower attached), and a windowed walk in closet.  We have a cat, so please be cat friendly.  We will take care of your cat if you have one.  We are looking to swap and would ideally like two months or one (July and or August 2011).
