<p>The location is right in the middle of what is sometimes known as the trendy triangle  Dalston, Hackney Central, and London Fields.  An excellent base for anyone wanting to experience London, especially for creative types.  It takes little over half an hour to make it to the West End.</p>
<p>Tastefully furnished bright double aspect converted (1st &#038; 2nd floor) Victorian end of terrace maisonette &#8211; private entrance &#8211; shared front garden.  Separate lounge &#038; kitchen &#8211; separate bathroom &#038; toilet &#8211; storage &#8211; sofabed in lounge for guests &#8211; washing machine, etc  Good size double bedroom &#8211; sash window with agreeable street view &#8211; desk space.</p>
<p>Sharing with two amiable quiet and relaxed males &#8211; mid/late twenties &#8211; creative/media jobs  the usual interests: music, film, gastronomy, social drinking etc.</p>
<p>Respectable neighbourhood with amenities &#8211; very local shop and Pub, or walking distance to supermarkets, London Fields Lido, Broadway Market, Ridley Road Market, other local pubs, trendy Dalston bars &#038; clubs.</p>
<p>Parking space available.</p>
<p>Train stations in walking distance:  Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland, Hackney Central, Hackney Downs.  Also bus stop at end of road with that can take you straight into the centre of town.</p>
