I am returning to London after 18 months abroad. My flat in Pimlico is not ready for me yet and I must find temporary accommodation as a result. Prefer a self-contained flat but will consider all options. I would like something for about 2-4 weeks, ideally with option to extend. Do need a flat with internet as I work from home about two days a week.

Room is spacious, wardrobe, a bedside table, wireless internet, separated bathroom & toilet with shower to yourself. Room suitable for two people as well.

Full equipped Kitchen: dishwasher Washing machine, gas oven, breakfast bar, microwave, your own fridge / freezer.

Rent is £88 per week or £356per month ( Bills included: Electric,water, gas, BT line rental, Council tax. Wireless internet & TV license and no addition charges) with possibility to extend. A refundable security deposit of £300 which would be refunded back to you in full upon moving in..

Bus-Metro stop is on doorstep. 3 min walk from Regent park subway station. 24-hour service at Tesco Express 2 min walk to Baker street Tube station with regular buses with easy and regular access at night. It is really safe too.

Looking for: Easy-going, tidy, sense of humor, sociable and outgoing respectable person looking for a place to call home. I have had various international roommates in the past and we really got along well.

Also walking distance to University of Westminster ( Also close to the World renowned `London Business School ) University College London. Marleybone high street for shopping, Many cafes, restaurants, pubs less than 5 min walk.
